Are You Feeling Stuck, Slow Or Defeated?
Hormonal health and gut health is often the solution. Especially in perimenopause where our hormones take a dive and we need extra support to maintain the same balance. Since the gut and brain are connected, this support stretches into mental health too. For women, ages 35 and up are testing times. There's pressure from all ends and your hormones are no longer able to provide you with the boost you used to have in your 20's.
I'm not a dietition, I don't prescribe diets or macros or calorie restriction. And you wont have to follow recipes to work with me.

As an Integrative Therapaist, I'm a specialist in fundimental change. And as a Nutritional Therapist who uses nutrition as medicine, the combination is holistic wellbeing. The truth is, many of us suppliment what we can get through food. Foods that help heal the gut ,which is responsible for your immune system, metabolism and brains happiness receptors… so we really cant afford to not prioritise it's wellbeing.

There isnt a person alive today who is exempt from external stressors, your diet shouldn't be one of them. If you're looking to BE WELL and FEEL WELL. I'm excited to tell you much more.
A Personalised, Lived-Experience Approach.
Having personally recovered from PCOS, hormonal dysfunction, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and infertility - I'd tested every tool in psychology and Nutritional Therapy to rid myself of a perception and diet culture that wasn't serving me. Since then I've been helping my clients with the same approaches that helped me.

My passion and specialisation is (as always) my past 'problem'. Perimenopause to be exact. It's a phase of life thats a mystery to most and when we don't shift strategies and change our lifestyles with it - it becomes our undoing. It can feel like a crisis of body, mind and identity.

If you want an expert to guide you through the strategy you need over the years that will matter most, I'm excuted to tell you more.

Attachment Theory Specialist
How you relate, to others and yourself, is learned. Not by your brain but by your nervous system, which is why your brain struggles to change the dynamics. Attachment Theory is decoding how your nervous system is wired to connect with others so that we can re-code it if desired.
Perimenopause Specialist
From age 35 and up, women are in a hormonal transition and decline, as impactful as adolescents, it just needs awareness and a new approach. If not, lifestyle habits that used to work, could become your undoing.
Radical Self-Acceptance Will Redefine What Success Means for You
Many women carry the belief that they're broken. When worthiness is in question, it blocks you from being yourself, taking up space, knowing what you want, honouring your feelings, and letting go of self-imposed rules.
The journey to self is about coming home from self-abandonment — the wound of believing you needed to change to be loved. Therapy helps you break old patterns and heal your relationship with yourself.
The Approach: Supporting your hormones and gut through nutrition and nervous system regulation.
Relentless self-discipline often stems from the belief that you aren't good enough to deserve love. To change that, we identify your unconscious scripts, rewrite them, and practise new ones until old cycles break.
I meet people where they're at — some need occasional sessions, others prefer regular support. There's no fixed package or duration. We go at your pace. Book a free call and I'll suggest a way forward, but the decision is always yours.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a session?
We clarify your goals, explore where you're stuck, and work together on meaningful change. Sessions are confidential, giving you safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. You'll leave your sessions with tools and tasks so that you can work to do-the-work beyond therapy
How long will I need to work with you?
It varies. Focused concerns may resolve in 1–3 months; broader work can take 6–18 months. The aim is to reduce your dependency on sessions as soon as possible.
Where do we begin?
Through questions and exercises, we explore the beliefs driving your habits and identify the most effective path to your goals — the root often surfaces faster than you'd expect. As we pull on a thread, more arrive but we let what comes up, guide the way.
